TTP Analzyer

Electronics & GUI Design
Project Overview
The TTP Analyzer is a handheld designed box that controls the power ratings of heating cartridges, cable testing and turning on 24V air valve solenoid for metal stamping die. It is designed to read in 20 loop connections based on a 40 pin harting female and male connector.
My Contributions
The system is powered by a raspberry pi 4B that has heating cartridge circuit, with my contribution to thermocouple connection by max6675 and air valve controlled by two 24V relays and triggered by toggle button, which is powered by a M12 connector for 24V supply.

The entire graphical user interface was designed on QT designer with my work of the home screen and cable continuity.  The html code of the UI was manipulated and changed on python. The idea of the cable continuity screen is to read in the voltage reading of the 20 connections when the system is plugged in and within 10% threshold determine if specific connections on the harting connector is good or needs to be replaced.

The wiring diagrams allowed to create and solder a customized pcb board for the circuitry that is placed on a panel inspired design of 3mm aluminum sheet metal inside the box. The blue wire from the customized pcb connects to the wire of the cable on grey connectors attached to the din rail that is attached on the aluminum sheet.
